Coverage, detection, and response
A physical barrier does not detect drones or manage an incident. Those are separate jobs. An initial discussion should establish what you expect the barrier to do.
The choice depends on the site
Netting, cages, and other measures have different roles and limits. Choosing between them requires a look at the equipment, site, and operating needs. Veil does not claim that its systems replace jamming, detection, or other counter-drone measures.
What to include in an inquiry
- The facility, equipment, route, or type of vehicle.
- The area you want to cover and how it is used.
- Access for maintenance, inspection, and equipment removal.
- How fabrication and installation fit into the project.
Public examples can help explain why operators are discussing netting. They cannot validate a different design. The examples on our Why passive page distinguish reported installations from procurement activity and identify the source for each.
Veil’s current work
Veil Systems is in the test phase and is currently testing its systems. You can contact us about a project while testing continues. Website renderings are concepts, and no validated protective performance is claimed.
